Heart disease kills about 600,000 people every year in the United States.

The society’s attitude toward foods often leads to over-consumption.

Parents do not teach good habit to children and many people lack knowledge about good nutrition or a balanced diet.

People’s daily diets need to be balanced among all kind of different foods like meat, fruit and vegetable.

Lack of nutrition that individuals need will lead to obesity or other illness.

These include type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and many more.

People with severe obesity are more likely to have other diseases.
